Found a young striped cat around 9pm at 13th and Alter (between Ellsworth and Washington). Skinny but seemed healthy, very friendly and sweet. No microchip but belongs to someone as it was scared to be outside and had little pink nail caps. Please let me know if you know anyone who’s missing a cat with this description.
