My girlfriend and I came across this cat in the parking lot of the CVS on Oregon ave around 10:15 PM tonight. She has a gray collar on but no tags. We got her some food and she ate, but she was too skittish to get into the car and take home. My GF is going to try and go back with a trap tomorrow, but if anyone knows anything feel free to reach out. Fingers c
