Found near Ulric and Fulton: Super friendly, curious, playful adult tuxedo cat with yellow-green eyes and a pink nose. I think it's male and doesn't seem to be fixed because his ear isn't notched. Has a flea collar but no tags. Humane society says it's likely a "community cat," but it's not really giving outdoor cat energy. Very cuddly and seems to understan
