Found this little guy running around my complex in Prosper. The tag on his collar had a QR code, but the account wasn't set up. Took him to Colin County Animal Shelter. They scanned for a chip but nothing came up. I already have 2 dogs at home, so I wasn't able to take him in. Hoping to get him reunited with his family. Going to post on Nextdoor, Facebook, P
