Hello everyone. I live in an apartment complex and this small-ish cat has been coming to the second floor landing and hanging out for the last several weeks. She looks well fed and not sick at all. Her fur is fine, not matted, clean, she smells nice. She comes and goes, but I've never seen an owner, and she comes on all hours of the day, even at 3 or 4 am. A
