Found this dog on the side of the road on meridian between Parkmoor and fruitdale. Posting to see if this is anyone’s dog that maybe got lost. However from assessing the situation, finding him over the highway on meridian with badly injured back legs it looks like he may have been dumped and hit by a car. Stayed with him until animal control services arrived
