Loose dog needs to be picked up. A really sweet dog showed up in our apartment complex last week, either dumped or wandered in. He’s extremely friendly with people, but still figuring out boundaries with other dogs. Several of us have called 311, but no one has come out, and so far we haven’t been able to get him into a car.
