Found a black and white cat in the blacklick estates neighborhood. Had a collar on her neck with the name of Lulu. Appears to be an older female with a gimpy back right right leg. Attempted to contact the number on the tag a couple times with no response. If you're missing a cat named Lulu in that area, DM me.
