My little sister’s cat is missing from the balcony of our apartment. Philomena (Mena) is a brown tabby with white socks, a white mask around her mouth and a bright pink nose. She was last seen at the corner of Trade st and Sycamore st. Reward is available for rescue and return. My sister is heartbroken, so thanks in advance to anybody who can help us out!
