Me and my friend found a dog in our old neighborhood, he looks very well taken care of minus the fact he seems to have fleas. He’s a very sweet boy but he’s a staffie and we don’t know how he’d react to a flea comb or bath and all groomers require rabies vaccination proof. Where could I take him for a flea bath and to check if he has a microchip for cheap?
