LOST CAT

Is anyone missing their orange cat? I found this fellow right outside the main entrance to Kaiser Mission Bay Medical Offices.
His fur didn’t look very matted so I don’t think he is a street cat, although I could be mistaken. Should this be reported to animal control or another group/agency?
