Anyone missing a cat? We found this very friendly cat in front of my friends' place near Balboa Park. She is a tabby with white socks and is wearing a collar and red ribbon. We figured she is probably an outdoor cat, but none of them have seen her before, so we wanted to make sure she is not lost!
