This guy has been hanging around my house the last few days and is very thin. Finally able to contain him in my fence. Found near Millersville Rd x Keystone Ave. cross posted on Indy Lost Pet Alert and Nextdoor. This dog is SO sweet and hopeful I can find its owners. If not, I cannot keep him as I have 2 dogs of my own.
