I've been seeing this little dog roaming around with no harness, collar, leash or owner most recently at the park on Linden Ave N & N 167th St in Shoreline 98133. They're very friendly with other dogs but scared of people. I was hoping someone knew who they belong to.

For everyone's safety, meet in a public place and never send money to strangers to recover a pet. Verify anyone who claims a pet before arranging a meeting.
