I was at the Brandywine ASPCA and a very kind woman was dropping off a dog she found running around Columbia Heights. Her name is Puddles. She has tags, a leather collar with milk one detailing, and was chipped. She’s very friendly and was giving kissies to everyone nearby. If you recognize this sweet baby, call the Brandywine ASPCA.
