Found this dog on Quincy St NW dodging traffic between Georgia and 9th. Apparently there’s a second dog in that same area with a brown/brindle coat that I’m still looking for. They’re both very young and skinny. This one didn’t have a collar or chip. If anyone knows anything about this baby OR finds the other one, please let me know!!!
