Chihuahua, found Fri Dec 13 afternoon in the northeast by North Star Elementary on Sean Haggerty. No collar and no microchip. Was wearing a jacket. Update (Dec 15): We just took him down to the Humane Society at 4991 Fred Wilson; (915) 532-6971. They'll hold him for about five days before making him available for adoption.
