My kids found this lady (gent??) at Reese McCord/Trawood park about 9pm Friday night. Looks like she got beat up, but is very clearly someone’s baby…so sweet and well taken care of. Had him/her scanned, and no chip. I have no idea what to do next, so suggestions would be helpful. Finding the owner would also be super, as I have a whole crazy-cat-lady house f
