We found a dog walking down the median of I-75 on our way home from downtown just after midnight. He was in the north bound side of I-75 walking south just south of McNichols when we first saw him. We had to loop around a few times before we could try and stop as safely as possible in NYE traffic. He has no collar on. We brought him home and will take him in
