Hi everybody idk what to do and I’m Kinda freaking out but I just found this dog on the sidewalk walking down and at first I thought it was a baby deer bc of how skinny it was but it a dog and idk what to do. What shelters should I take it to or rescue groups? I want to give this dog the best chance at a new life so I don’t rly want to take it to a kill shel
