Found a wet baby squirrel on the ground in SE Portland under a car at 8:45 am... went to do some errands. Came back at 11:30 am and he's about 6 inches up a telephone pole making little chirping/crying noises. He's cold and mostly unresponsive to cars, dogs, joggers, etc going by. I called a squirrel rehab in Vancouver and they are closed. Can anybody rehab
