UPDATE: reunited with his owners! Found this tiny little white dog hiding under a car in the snow today in Bolton Hill, behind Eutaw Place near Sumpter Park. Managed to get them inside before they froze but would like to also get them back to their home! Is wearing a green and blue shirt.
