Found black and silver older female Pomerian or mix. Today (2/19) 11:15 AM. Found in park area of Raynold's Addition/Hunning Castle neighborhood. She's safe and hanging out with another small dog and they get along. Seems like she may have been out for awhile. I fed her and she drank water.
