This pigeon has a green ankle tag and is walking with a limp near Menaul & Eubank. Won't let me get too close and I have 4 cats so not sure what I would do if I could catch it. Can't get close enough to read the tag. Bird has been wandering around, not sure if it can fly? If you or anyone you know is missing a pigeon lmk and I can tell you where it is
