Not the greatest picture but best I could do... seen this dog in Curtis Park area looking very lost trying to find its way home. We tried pulling up to it but it was pretty scared and didn’t wanna get it more lost than it already was. If anyone by chance knows who the owner is last seen on 24th and 5 ave over near Cocker Village
