I have found this husky roaming the streets in Citrus Heights multiple times (where I work ) over the past few weeks. Each time, he has been taken him back to the owners. The situation has gotten worse. The dog is noticeably getting skinnier each time and appears to not be getting proper care. When I spoke to the owners, they said the dog is "too much work"

For everyone's safety, meet in a public place and never send money to strangers to recover a pet. Verify anyone who claims a pet before arranging a meeting.
