Found 2 dogs in KCK near Tauramee Ave and N 83rd Terrace. Male is fixed, female looks like she's nursed puppies recently. Tried 3 shelters which are at capacity. Pups are in my yard tonight until I can find somewhere to take them tomorrow or their owner. Do you know who I belong to?
