UPDATE I think I found the owner. We met I turned over the dog. However, if it's a scam I got their plates. Found this dog last night 4/15/2026 near Chambers Rd and 46th Ave. Looking for the owner. He is a sweet cuddly guy.

For everyone's safety, meet in a public place and never send money to strangers to recover a pet. Verify anyone who claims a pet before arranging a meeting.
