Was stopped at a red light near residence on Jamboree and then this dog popped up out of nowhere and was sniffing the door of every car that was stopped. Pick her up off the street and went around the near streets to find fhe owner but wasnt able to. If you are the owner of this dog or know the owner of the dog, pls dm me.
