I was driving thru Winston Lake earlier and found this puppy still on the leash and whimpering in the middle of the road next to the stairs to go to the atkins ballfields. I got out to see if her owner was around and was unsuccessful. She had no tag on her collar, and wasn’t chipped when we went to the vet. She been washed and is chilling with my partner now
