Hello, walking my dog this morning in OCC and this sweet little three-legged dog approached us. I called the number on the tag and the woman who answered said the collar was from her missing cat and someone must have put it on this dog. My neighbor graciously offered to keep the pup in her fenced in yard for the day (with food and water.) anyone recognize it
