Saw a lab run across state street today around 9 AM, I followed but lost it at Virginia and Humboldt :( it was wearing a thick collar and stopped to eat some beans (?) spilled on the ground but ran away when I whistled. If this is your dog I hope you’re reunited soon! I included on the map the general area I saw it and a police sketch of the dog responsible
