This guy was wandering on W Ellen St between Wood and Hermitage around 7:30 pm tonight. He has a blue collar with no tags. Very friendly. Some fur is matted. Is anyone missing this cat or know if he is a neighborhood outside cat? I’m going to put some food out for him. Thanks!
