Neighbors and I found this dog out barking in the snow on Catalpa between Broadway and Sheridan. Someone has taken the dog in for the night and said he's eaten and seems tired. Neighbors recognized the dog but don't know where the owner lives. If anyone in the area knows anything, please contact me. Thank you!
