My sister found this dog on 6/2/2023 and posted to a few rescue and lost pet groups on FB. Someone suggested that she may belong to a homeless person since the found her where they did and had a collar and leash. I'm looking for suggestions on how I can spread the word to find this dog's owner. But also putting her up here in hopes someone may recognize her.

For everyone's safety, meet in a public place and never send money to strangers to recover a pet. Verify anyone who claims a pet before arranging a meeting.
