This dog was dumped at the Millbrook Dog Park. We didn't see who ditched him. He was taken to a vet to check for a chip. Unsurprisingly, he isn't microchipped. (or neutered) He is very friendly and gets along great with other dogs. He is more than likely going to need a spot in a rescue group or a home with people that won't ditch at a park.
