There’s a beautiful Shepherd or malinois running around in Saint Matthew Cemetery in south city, Bevo Mill neighborhood on Bates. He or she is wearing a collar, but was way too skittish for me to get anywhere near. There’s a nice guy here trying to get close enough to her to grab her, but I don’t think he’s going to be successful tonight before it gets dark.
