Hello! In September/October 2021 The Erie county SPCA adopted out a blind female puppy, 5 months old, labeled as a blue heeler mix. She was brought up with her brother from TN and she was adopted out immediately whereas her brother had more adventures before his forever home was found. Anywho I am his owner, and I’m on a hunt for his sister. Picture attached
