Lost looking dog with a collar spotted just now off NE 57 and Wasco around 12:45pm. My friend and I are trying to check his collar but it’s proving too hard. They’re a little scared and crossing busy thoroughfare :( anyone know them? Edited to say they’re moving down 56th and Halsey.
