UPDATE: took the cat to APA. They informed us that, due to the previous owner's circumstances, the cat is considered surrendered. They just did the usual checks, shots, etc., and now she's the new member of the family. Found this lovely torbie hanging out in our backyard. She is microchipped, and I've reported her to 24PetWatch, Petco Love Lost, and PawBoost
