In my local Facebook group there's been two sightings of this dog since last night. Yesterday: Just saw this dog in red bandana at calvert and tunlaw and there was no one else around. Tonight: Lost dog spotted on Porter and Connecticut Ave headed North. Medium sized tan dog (35-40 lbs?) with some white markings, wearing a red puffy vest with some other color
