Lost Dog - tan with red bandana

In my local Facebook group there's been two sightings of this dog since last night. Yesterday: Just saw this dog in red bandana at calvert and tunlaw and there was no one else around. Tonight: Lost dog spotted on Porter and Connecticut Ave headed North. Medium sized tan dog (35-40 lbs?) with some white markings, wearing a red puffy vest with some other colors on it (maybe blue?) The dogs is very fast and obviously scared. Not my dog, but if you know someone that lost theirs, it’s is headed toward Van Ness.
