Posting this for my friend whose dog Thumper ran outside without a collar & got lost around 8 p.m. tonight, last seen near Matthews Ave and Burrus St in east. We are really worried bc of the extreme temps/ice/down power lines. She is likely very scared and cold. Responds to her name when called, especially to hop in the car.
