Urgent- Lost Dog in the Snow in North Inglewood (1/27)

Searching Lost Nashville May 13, 2026
Posting this for my friend whose dog Thumper ran outside without a collar & got lost around 8 p.m. tonight, last seen near Matthews Ave and Burrus St in east. We are really worried bc of the extreme temps/ice/down power lines. She is likely very scared and cold. Responds to her name when called, especially to hop in the car. Can be uneasy around men, so best if women approach/call her. Please share/be on the lookout ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹” UPDATE: Thank you to everyone who's shared and been on the lookout. Thumper's owner found her. She is in emergency surgery and paralyzed completely, broken shoulder and femur. She was hit by a car. They are saying there is a large chance she may never be able to walk again if she lives through surgery. She has severe frostbite as well. I don't know if this violates the sub's crowdfunding rule. I don't really care given the urgency so if so inclined we've set up a GoFundMe for Thumper's surgery. UPDATE 2: TL;DR: Disregard the previous update. Thumper is still missing. Her owner, Cat, went to the vet and they didn’t have her there/had no idea what she was talking about. She got scammed with an AI image of Thumper on an operating table. Our friend who organized the GoFundMe has already submitted a full refund request to everyone who donated. Now we have to go back to looking for her. UPDATE 3: SHE WAS FOUND FOR REAL THIS TIME. Thumper was returned to her owners this morning with some minor scratches, but overall healthy. Thank you to everyone who shared and was on the lookout for Thumper.
