Lost dog

Hey! I saw this dog, she’s super sweet but was too scared to approach me. Got her a waffle and she ate privately, still wouldn’t let me get close. I contacted Nashville humane too, does anyone know if she has an owner? Apparently there are some cats too. She was near “no one coffee” on Buchanan street. I’ll go back and drop some kibble off but kind of lost on what to do.
