I’m not sure how to help this seemingly sweet dog. She been sitting outside of the park since yesterday morning apparently. I was walking my own dogs after sundown last night and and someone in the park let me know that she was tied up at the corner of the fence surrounding the park. Long story longer, my wife let me know that she had seen her there all day
