Abandoned dog! Needs a good rescue or new owner!

I’m not sure how to help this seemingly sweet dog. She been sitting outside of the park since yesterday morning apparently. I was walking my own dogs after sundown last night and and someone in the park let me know that she was tied up at the corner of the fence surrounding the park. Long story longer, my wife let me know that she had seen her there all day and assumed she belonged to someone in the park. Come to find out she wasn’t tied up she was just laying there seemingly waiting for something or someone that never showed up. I was able to interact with her and she isn’t aggressive towards people at all. She’s actually very sweet. I’m assuming someone couldn’t handle the responsibility and just dropped her off. I can’t take her in due to pet restrictions where I rent. My own dogs don’t
