Lost Dog Lost No More! (final)

Hi all, final update! Yesterday we took Merry, now Mary, to her new home in North Central PA in the mountains. She was great on the 3 hour ride and was amiable meeting the new owners, ready to explore their home. Their two older dogs were openly curious and understandably unsure but she was polite, responding well to their protests at this intrusion. After about an hour of imparting all the info about her that I could we readied to leave. Mike, the new owner took her out and walk with her up the hill. I have to say there were tears as they disappeared over the rise together. He took her to his favorite haunts and to a couple stores and visited a family member. She was ready for any adventure and today she's going to their cabin on the lake to see about her with water and camping. Girl lucked out! And peace has been restored to our home and our cats are free!!! Whew!!!
