Seeking adoption

Found in area code, 19111. I took her to ACCT due to an injury and not eating. She was microchipped, but the owners never came to get her. I don’t have the space for a third cat. I know there are hundreds of cats who need adopted. I want to try and get Janet a fighting chance. Her adoption fee is only $45. She is so affectionate, sweet and makes air biscuits. Any advice on how to get her adopted would be great. I won’t allow her to become a time stamped cat.
