Help me Reddit. Found dogs.

Found these babies off of Marvin avenue in Waxahachie. Animal control wouldn’t take them and told me to let them roam after they checked them for a chip. It’s hot and they could get hit by a car so they are in my uncles house getting protection from the storm as well as plenty of food and water. They are very sweet and bonded but we cannot keep them. We have a dog that is not friendly with them. I want to find them a home but all the rescues won’t answer. You guys are my last hope. I’ve been in tears all day because it just breaks my heart. I can’t bear this sort of callousness of people not taking care of their animals.
